Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
- Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all - honest
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Follow food safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working condition
- Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action
- Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's manager

You must be willing and able to:
- Display a positive attitude, as well as the ability to get along with others.
- Travel to other Wendy's locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
- Be willing to talk to customers, Smile, and serve great food in a timely manner.
- The ability to accept direction, and be a great listener
- Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Wear a headset, operate other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
- Take pride in your uniform as well as your appearance.
- Be dependable, on a daily basis.
