Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk! This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a positive, healing environment. You will be the friendly face welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting the clinical team with essential administrative and patient-related tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This position is for Monday, Wednesday from 9 am - 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm - 6 pm and Friday 9 am - 12 pm, with the opportunity for additional hours.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up reminders to optimize clinic flow.
- Assist patients with intake forms, gather relevant health history, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support the clinical team by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with patient assessments when needed.
- Maintain clear communication with patients regarding procedures, treatment plans, and clinic policies.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and directing calls appropriately.
- Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies to promote a professional environment.
- Assist patients with therapies under the supervision of a doctor.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in patient service or front desk roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
- Basic knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Ability to perform patient assessments with guidance, understanding the importance of accurate information collection.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and compassionately with diverse patients.
