The Role
We are hiring a Product Manager to support the planning, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives across our development teams in Richardson, TX.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who understands technology, communicates clearly, and wants hands-on exposure to building healthcare platforms. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
This is not a pure project tracking role. It is a product ownership role inside a technical environment.
What You’ll Do
Product Planning & Execution
- Support roadmap planning and help prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Write clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Track feature progress and ensure alignment with original requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Operations and Leadership to understand business needs
- Translate workflows and operational challenges into product improvements
- Communicate feature updates and product changes to stakeholders
- Gather feedback from users and internal teams
Product Quality & Optimization
- Help define success metrics for product features
- Monitor feature performance and flag areas for improvement
- Support user testing and validation before release
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows
What Success Looks Like
- Clear, actionable product requirements that engineers can build from
- Features delivered that solve real operational problems
- Improved clarity around product priorities
- Strong collaboration between product, engineering, and operations
- Growing ownership over roadmap areas within 6–12 months
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technical coordination, or a related role
- Strong written communication skills (you can turn ideas into structured requirements)
- Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical conversations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to API-based systems or platform products
- Experience supporting SaaS or digital health products
- Certifications such as CSPO or other product coursework
