Job Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with patients to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and genetic factors.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests to identify and monitor imbalances and deficiencies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
- Prescribe medications and supplements as indicated
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Certified, or working toward certification, in Functional Medicine
- Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- DEA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with a team
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal wellness.
