What You’ll Do:
- Set up, run, and fine-tune injection molding machines.
- Perform mold changes, troubleshoot issues, and keep production flowing.
- Ensure parts meet top-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of injection molding experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and setup skills.
- Ability to work independently overnight.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus).
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
Bonus Points For:
- RJG Master Molder or similar training.
- Robotic handling experience.
