About The Well Renewal Lounge
The Well Renewal Lounge is a brand-new, locally owned wellness destination opening in Berry Farms. We are creating a space where personalized, hands-on care comes together with modern wellness technology to provide a more complete approach to skin health and overall renewal.
Our touchless wellness technologies are designed to complement our facial services, enhance the guest experience, and support our providers in their work. While technology can offer valuable benefits, we believe nothing replaces the expertise, care, and connection of a skilled esthetician.
The Position
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, personalized care, and building lasting guest relationships. Our estheticians will provide exceptional facial and skincare services while educating guests about treatment upgrades, home-care products, memberships, and complementary wellness technologies.
Because The Well is a membership-based wellness lounge, our estheticians should be comfortable discussing the benefits of consistent skincare and recommending options that genuinely support each guest’s needs. This is not about high-pressure sales—it is about listening, educating, and helping guests achieve their skincare and wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality, personalized facial and skincare services
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
- Customize each treatment based on the guest’s skin type, concerns, goals, and sensitivities
- Educate guests about their skin and provide thoughtful treatment recommendations
- Recommend relevant service upgrades and enhancements that may improve treatment results
- Educate guests about membership options and the benefits of consistent skincare and wellness care
- Help support membership enrollment, retention, and overall guest loyalty
- Recommend appropriate professional skincare products and personalized home-care routines
- Introduce guests to our touchless wellness technologies and explain how they may complement their skincare and wellness goals
- Rebook guests and recommend an appropriate treatment schedule
- Work toward individual and team goals for memberships, enhancements, retail sales, rebooking, and guest retention
- Maintain accurate and confidential treatment notes
- Follow all established treatment protocols, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, comfortable, and properly stocked
- Monitor backbar and retail inventory and communicate product needs
- Collaborate with fellow providers, front desk associates, and leadership to create a seamless guest experience
- Participate in ongoing product education, training, team meetings, and coaching
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee esthetics license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Esthetics experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, ingredients, and home-care recommendations
- Experience with professional or clinical skincare lines is preferred
- Experience with advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, LED therapy, nano-infusion, or brow services is a plus
- Strong communication, consultation, and guest-service skills
- Comfortable educating guests about memberships, treatment upgrades, enhancements, and retail products
- Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Comfortable receiving coaching and continuing to grow professionally
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Passionate about personalized wellness and creating meaningful guest experiences

You should be able to build trust, educate guests, and make thoughtful recommendations for memberships, treatment upgrades, professional products, and complementary wellness services that support long-term results.
At The Well Renewal Lounge, renewal is personal. Our Estheticians will play an essential role in creating an experience where every guest feels heard, cared for, confident, and renewed.
As part of the hiring process, selected candidates will participate in a hands-on practical interview. A thorough background check will also be conducted prior to employment.
