We’re hiring a Paraplanner on behalf of our client—a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Plano.

What you’ll do
- • Own plan prep from start to finish—data, analysis, modeling, and deliverables
- • Collaborate closely with advisors to ensure accuracy and excellence
- • Contribute to a client-experience-first culture where everyone steps in to support the team
- • Occasionally assist with seminars or events; small-team flexibility is key
What you bring
- • 3–7 years in a paraplanning or associate planner role (RIA or wealth management preferred)
- • Experience incorporating tax planning into retirement income plans
- • Proficiency in planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide, or RightCapital)
- • High attention to detail, strong communication, and coachable mindset
- • On-site availability in Plano, TX
