Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want to focus on high-quality clinical work while benefiting from full administrative, operational, and referral support.
Our practice provides all referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance paneling, and administrative services, allowing clinicians to focus entirely on client care. Providers receive a 70% split of all collected revenue, a private furnished office, and a steady, reliable stream of referrals from our in-house psychologists. As a contractor, you make your own schedule.
We are currently waitlisted for services and actively seeking new providers to meet the growing demand in our community.
Duties
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral interventions to clients with private insurance.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, including trauma-related disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental concerns, addiction, and other behavioral health conditions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within our EMR system in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.
- Collaborate with psychologists and other clinicians within the practice to support coordinated, high-quality care.
- Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and families; offer faith-integrated or Christian counseling when appropriate and requested.
- Participate in consultation and professional development to maintain high clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW or LPC
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, or families
- Strong clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and crisis-management skills
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary practice
- Ability to provide over 16 hours of therapy per week

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
