The Well Chiropractic Clinic is a growing, multi-location practice built on a clear, repeatable patient system we call The Well Way — Our System, Your Progress. Every patient gets the same structured path from first visit to long-term results, delivered with a Ritz-Carlton level of service.
We are continually expanding and Each location runs with a Lead Doctor, an Associate Doctor, a Clinic Care Director and a Patient Experience & Outreach Coordinator, supported by a CEO. You focus on adjusting and patient outcomes; the team and systems handle the rest.
Position summary
We are hiring a full-time Associate Chiropractor to care for a high-volume patient base — roughly 600 patient visits per month once fully ramped. You will report to the Lead Doctor at your location and follow The Well Way protocols for exams, reports of findings and care plans.
This role suits a doctor who wants strong clinical volume, proven systems and a path to grow — without the overhead of running a practice.
Key responsibilities
Patient care
- Perform new patient consultations, exams and X-ray review following The Well Way
- Deliver clear, confident Day 2 reports of findings and recommend appropriate care plans
- Adjust a daily schedule with consistent technique and attention to each patient
- Run progress re-exams and adjust care plans based on measurable results
Documentation and compliance
- Complete accurate, same-day SOAP notes in ChiroTouch
- Document thoroughly for insurance and personal injury (PI) cases, including narratives when needed
- Follow state board, HIPAA and clinic compliance standards
Patient experience
- Uphold our WOW service standard — every patient feels known, heard and cared for
- Partner with the Clinic Care Director on financial consults and patient retention
- Help keep patients on track with their visit plans and reduce missed appointments
Team and growth
- Take part in weekly staff meetings and statistic reviews (red/yellow/green)
- Support community outreach, workshops and screenings to grow the practice
- Mentor and support team members as the clinic grows
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a CCE-accredited college
- Active Arizona chiropractic license in good standing, or eligible to obtain one before start date
- Malpractice insurance eligibility
- Strong diversified adjusting skills and comfort with high patient volume
- Clear, warm communicator who can explain care plans with confidence
Preferred
- 1 years in a high-volume, systems-driven practice (new graduates welcome)
- Experience with ChiroTouch
- Personal injury case experience
- Interest in leadership and growing into a Lead Doctor role
Compensation and benefits
Target compensation is $100,000 per year at full patient volume
