We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate math, literacy, and behavior management strategies.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized support to children, including those with special education needs.
- Utilize Montessori methods to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as needed to monitor student progress.
- Engage in effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience within the preschool setting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, particularly in a classroom setting.
