- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans

- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage space
- Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as large pots or crates of supplies safely and correctly
- Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment for all team members
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety management is advantageous
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads regularly
