Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Sales Director to support the growth and development of a life insurance agency. This role focuses on recruiting licensed insurance professionals, supporting agent onboarding, and contributing to the development of a structured, high-performance organization.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales and/or leadership and is comfortable working in a role that combines recruiting, coaching, and agency development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage licensed insurance agents to join the organization.

Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new agents and guiding them through initial training and systems.

Agent Development: Support the development of agents through coaching, guidance, and ongoing communication.

Agency Growth Support: Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent recruiting pipeline.

Performance Tracking: Monitor agent activity and progress to support productivity and development.

Leadership Collaboration: Work with leadership to support agency growth strategies and initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure all activities align with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in life insurance sales or agency development preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, support, and develop others
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Must reside in the United States
