We are seeking a Event Operations Specialist to join our team immediately. This is not just a labor gig; this is a 12–18 month paid training program designed to mold you into a Team Lead or Manager.
- Starting Pay: $22/hour
- Growth Potential: Performance reviews at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months.
- Target Pay: On track for $25/hr by Month 6, and up to $30/hr upon completion of the training program.
What You Will Do:
- Master the Process: Your first few weeks will be spent in our warehouse, learning our inventory, packing systems, and equipment care.
- Build the Dream: You will drive to venues, set up beautiful arches, chairs, and decor, and transform spaces for our couples.
- Solve Problems: If something breaks or goes missing, you think on your feet to fix it calmly and professionally.
- Lead the Way: As you grow, you will guide other team members and manage on-site logistics.
- Leave No Trace: You will break down events and ensure our beautiful beaches and venues are left spotless.

- Detail-Oriented: You notice if a chair is an inch out of place or if a sash is tied incorrectly.
