Role Description
This full-time, on-site position in Hackensack, NJ, is for a Stock Associate who will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily store operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing stock rooms, processing shipments, and ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and available for customers. The Stock Associate will also support the sales team by promptly restocking items and assisting with retail loss prevention practices. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail or stockroom operations is a plus
- Capability to lift, carry, and handle merchandise as required
