Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative. This is a field-based position ideal for candidates who excel in relationship-building and thrive in a performance-based environment. We are currently looking to hire for territories in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
Duties
- Educate property owners about the benefits of working with a public adjuster
- Secure client contracts
- Coordinate claim onboarding with internal teams
- Maintain CRM updates and provide regular sales reporting
- Maintain a relationship with the clients throughout the claims process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door, or insurance adjusting preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Public Adjuster license (or willingness to obtain – we can assist)
Licensing Requirement
Candidates must obtain a Public Adjuster license in their resident state prior to onboarding for this position.
The licensing process includes FBI fingerprinting and a background check. Certain past misdemeanors, felonies, or other records may prevent the state from issuing a license.
