The Impact You'll Make
- Drive discovery and delivery of impactful initiatives
- Design, ship, and analyze growth experiments across key surfaces
- Partner with our web data scientist to develop sophisticated, data-informed experiment hypotheses
- Build new products in collaboration to reduce friction to value and drive engagement
- Optimize existing growth surfaces
- Lead cross-functional execution with design, data science, marketing, and strategy/ops to drive alignment across the organization
- 1-3 years in product management
- Strong analytical skills - you are able to interpret data and work with data scientists
- Shipped features with measurable impact
- Comfortable with experiment design and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication across functions
- Design/product sense and a taste for what great looks like visually
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
- Background with consumer subscription products
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Preset, etc.)
