Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at The Waymark Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service quality, overseeing inventory and supplies, handling budgets, and ensuring profitability. The Manager will also collaborate on menu planning, supervise training initiatives, and uphold health and safety standards in all dining spaces.

- Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency in managing Customer Service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Experience in staff Training and team leadership
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Capability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
