The Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a Full-Time PM Floor Manager to lead our evening service. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, supporting the service team, and delivering the outstanding hospitality our guests have come to expect.

Status: Full-Time, Regular
Shift: Primarily Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required
Pay: $27.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during evening service.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional, personalized service from arrival through departure.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist with daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with confidence and care.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and service quality.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with shift assignments to meet business needs.
- Support training, onboarding, and performance coaching of team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler and OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire).
