Yard Sign/ Street Sign Installer (Part-Time / Flexible)

Overview
We are seeking reliable individuals to place approximately 200 yard signs at busy intersections and high-traffic areas in the Gaithersburg & Germantown area.

This is a simple but important outreach role helping our community see and connect with our church.

Easy, flexible work—perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Place yard signs at designated intersections and roadside locations
• Ensure signs are placed securely and visibly
• Follow the provided route/map of locations
• Use safe practices when working near roads and traffic
• Take clear photos of each sign after placement as proof of completion
• (Optional) Remove or reposition signs as needed

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working near streets and intersections
• Able to lift and carry signs and materials
• Strong attention to detail to ensure signs are installed correctly and securely
• Good physical stamina: able to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform manual tasks for extended periods

Schedule:

• Flexible hours
• Ideal for weekday
• Work can be completed in 1–2 days, depending on availability

Pay:

• Flat rate or hourly (to be discussed)

Location: Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village & Germantown, MD
