About The Wax Culture:
The Wax Culture is an innovative and growing Professional Sports & Non-Sports Card Breaking Team that strives to bring new and exciting breaking concepts to collectors and hobby enthusiasts. We are based in Victor, NY, and are looking for an Operations Representative to join our team.
Position Summary:
An Operations Representative is knowledgeable about our business operations involving card breaking, card grading services, and consignment. This position primarily assists with sorting, packaging, and shipping cards from our breaks, but also may appear on camera to assist with on-screen penny sleeving, toploading, and sorting of cards, along with backup to the Breaker for periodic intervals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Represent The Wax Culture by ensuring professional care and attention is given to customer purchases.
· Handle customer inquiries related to card inventory as needed.
· Sleeving, toploading, alphabetizing and organizing cards with extreme care and attention to detail.
· Packaging and shipping cards and memorabilia carefully and timely.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Opportunity to collaborate with marketing and social media needs and attend local card shows and industry events.
Qualifications & Education:
· HS Diploma or GED.
· Prior experience with trading card handling or retail shipping with high volume orders is preferred.
· Dependable and punctual for assigned shifts.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines efficiently.
· Must be proficient with computers and able to navigate through systems.
· Familiarity with Fanatics Live is preferred.
Physical Demands:
· Ability to sit or remain sedentary during work shifts.
· Ability to verbally communicate, read, and type during work shifts.
· Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

· Work Location: In person in Victor, NY 14564
· Pay: $16-19/hour dependent upon experience
· Paid Training
· Flexible Schedule
· 25-40 hours per week
