The Waverly School seeks an upper school division logistics coordinator to support the operations of the middle and high school. The coordinator supports internal and external operations and relationships for the middle in high school, manages day to day logistics for the upper campus and several areas of all school divisions, including visitor management, database and information technology, and school records.
One of the main tasks of the upper school logistics coordinator is support of all data management for middle and high school programs. They are directly responsible for maintaining attendance, parent, communication and schedules for the middle and high school. In addition, the coordinator facilitates all visitors, internal and external to the upper school campus and operates as the main point of contact for visitors and parents to the school. The coordinator also catalogs equipment, manages procuring of resources for both divisions, and develops a clear strategy for maintenance of materials on the campus.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced logistics coordinator, who is punctual, organized, forward thinking, strategic in their planning, understands budget constraints, can develop strong relationships with multiple constituencies, work independently while also following specific directions from a number of leaders and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be able to manage a range of responsibilities that meet at the overlap of student needs, school employee needs, and parent needs.
The ideal candidate is also capable of juggling competing demands, prioritizing a range of schedules and are prompt in their communication.
An affable, organized and friendly person is best suited for this role. The role requires working closely with a range of administrators, including, but not limited to the Head of Middle School, the Head of High School, the Director of Human Resources, faculty members and Waverly School parents.
