Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience while efficiently managing various front-of-house operations.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle cash.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, café, grocery store, or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food preparation and food service standards is highly desirable.
• Experience with POS systems for processing transactions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
