We are currently seeking superstar Customer Service Attendants to help us continue our mission of delivering clean cars and uplifted spirits! This position is for our Centralia location.
MAIN JOB CATEGORIES
- CUSTOMER SERVICE – go the extra mile to create moments that wow our customers and create Raving Fans through processing wash requests & vehicle prepping
- SALES – build knowledge of our products/services and be able to recommend what best meets the customer’s needs
- CLEANING – help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness (building, tunnel, landscaping, etc.)
- SAFETY – ensure a safe environment for all team members and experience for all customers
- TEAM – work with an amazing team, rotating positions throughout the day & following Wave procedures & policies, including appearance expectations
