As Nurse Manager, you'll lead our nursing team while providing exceptional care in our in-patient mental health program.
🔑 YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
- Collaborating with Director of Nursing, Medical Director and APRN on client admissions
- Leading the nursing department (LPNs and RNs) with 24/7 coverage
- Partnering with HR on staff development, performance management, and coaching
- Ensuring medication management and patient safety protocols
- Performing nursing assessments of physical, emotional, and cognitive status
- Conducting patient education and therapeutic group sessions
- Participating in QI and Infection Control committees
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for positive treatment outcomes

✨ YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE:
- LPN license required (RN preferred) with current unrestricted South Carolina or multi-state license
- 3 years of nursing leadership experience required
- 3 years of mental/behavioral health experience required
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills (verbal/written)
- Computer proficiency and documentation abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments
- Ability to remain calm during client emergencies
- Skills in assessing clients in distress and taking appropriate action
