We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives while advancing their own clinical career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
- Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services.
- Support clients throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in good standing.
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
- Experience treating substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred.
- Excellent clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
