β¨ YOUR ROLE β¨
As Clinical Program Therapist at our women's residential treatment center, you'll provide compassionate therapeutic care while empowering clients to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges through our comprehensive healing programs.

- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
- Performing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Implementing trauma-informed care and specialized therapeutic interventions
- Facilitating psychoeducational groups and skill-building workshops
- Maintaining thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care
- Participating in treatment team meetings and case consultations
- Supporting clients through crisis interventions when needed
- Contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives

β¨ YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work (MSW), or related mental health field
- Current Florida licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible
- Experience in residential or inpatient mental health settings preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic assessment tools and DSM-5-TR knowledge
- Strong background in trauma-informed care approaches
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
- Experience with women's mental health and dual diagnosis treatment a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
