We're seeking a passionate Environmental Services Manager to lead the charge in maintaining our beautiful community. In this critical role, you'll be the champion for the appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness of our entire campus, ensuring every space is a welcoming and safe place for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
What You'll Do:

Lead with Purpose: Train and inspire a team of maintenance and housekeeping professionals, coaching them to uphold our high standards of service.

Own Our Space: Oversee all aspects of our physical plant, from routine maintenance and cleaning to identifying and prioritizing larger projects. You'll ensure our community looks, feels, and smells its best.

Drive Excellence: Participate in budget discussions, collaborate with corporate partners and vendors, and recommend capital improvements that add value to our community.

Be a Hands-On Leader: Tackle maintenance requests, whether it's a plumbing issue, a minor electrical fix, or a simple lightbulb change, while mentoring your team to do the same.
We're Looking for Someone With:

At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality or senior living.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The ability to effectively manage projects and budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
