Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients as directed by kitchen staff.
- Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use during banquets or large functions.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing service areas during meal times to facilitate smooth operations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall cleanliness and organization of the food service environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
