The Watergate Hotel is currently seeking talented and charismatic Bell/Door Attendants to join our Front Office team!
Successful Candidates Will Possess The Following Skills And Expertise
- 1 years of hotel experience as a door person/attendant and/or front desk clerk is required; those with luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred OR 2 years of customer service experience is required; those with direct related luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred.
- Must possess strong communication skills with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
- Must be physically able to meet the demands of the position which include: standing/walking for extended periods of time while on shift; carrying/lifting heavy and/or bulky items such as luggage and boxes; must be able to withstand varying weather conditions including heat/humidity in the summer and snow/rain/ice in the winter months; must be able to negotiate stairs at times while on shift.
- A flexible schedule is required; must be available to work all shifts as assigned including early morning, late night, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Must be able to present one's self with an uplifting, positive and polished demeanor reflective of The Watergate Hotel brand standards.
