Food Runner, Cabo Wabo Pool Bar

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Transports food items from the kitchen to the dining room and serves the items ordered to the guests following the proper steps of service as designated by restaurant management. 

- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following restaurant set-up standards, OSHA safety standards, and Department of Health food handling standards. 

- Fills out and delivers requisitions of supplies and food items for the expediter. 

- Picks up requisitions from Purchasing and stores products in designated areas. Labels all products and rotates items to ensure freshness. 

- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all current menu items and steps necessary to finalize plate presentation prior to service.

WHAT YOU BRING

One year restaurant (food industry) experience preferred. Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
