Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Inspection
Duties:
-Assist the Housekeeping Manager in inspecting rooms, supervising housekeeping team, and running housekeeping department
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management principles
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
