Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting installation activities and serving as the primary internal contact for a select number of client accounts and projects. Primary focus on service order processing, invoice management, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in related departmental transactions for designated services.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as primary coordinator for specific installation projects/stores; communicate daily with Account Services team and update installation schedules as needed
- Process install lines within SyteLine for alignment with service requests and ensure accuracy for invoicing
- Monitor job orders in SyteLine for assigned accounts
- Issue SRO’s (Service Request Orders) as directed for installations; align and process invoices
- Respond to questions or requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate associate or cross-functional department as needed
- Complete Matterport scan requests and ensure billing alignment by making sure totals are in line with the quote
- Perform other tasks to support the installation department as needed
- High School or GED
- 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training
- Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Technical ability to learn and use a variety of software programs, such as SyteLine
- Knowledge of proper administrative and billing processes
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing tasks; familiarity with inventory systems or invoice workflows is a plus
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and installation processes and procedures
- Communicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when needed

- Sedentary Work – exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
