What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Guest Attendant (7965) position at The Wash Shop?
The Guest Attendant position is an important role; GA is the first person our guests encounter and sometimes the only person guests talk to at our car wash.
Guest Attendants should have the following traits:

The greeter should be a positive, public relations person for the wash, who makes each visit to the wash an enjoyable one from a personnel perspective.
Responsibilities
The Guest Attendant greets guests and assists in selecting the best wash package or wash program for their vehicle, educates the guests on all services and offers any special promotions.
It's important to inspect the vehicle for its washability:
- Items for inspection are power antennas that cannot be lowered, oversized racks or hitches, pre-existing damage on the vehicle - scratches, loose molding or aftermarket items that could be damaged in the wash.
- Should the vehicle have a pre-existing condition, the guest will be made aware and it will be noted via pointing to the condition so that video cameras will see this. If the guest does not want to assume risk for their potential problem, they should be helped through the exit lane and out of the wash line.
This role reports directly to the Manager and involves no direct supervisory responsibilities. Daily assignments are provided by the Manager.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required
