SUMMARY

The Chief Clinical and Program Officer (CCPO) will serve as a member of the Executive team and will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CCPO will implement the strategic vision and direction for The Warren Center’s programs to ensure services effectively meet the evolving needs of children and families. The CCPO will develop, implement, and oversee The Warren Center’s programming, Early Childhood Intervention services, Clinic Therapy services, Data Systems and Family Education and Support.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical and program services, including Early Childhood Intervention, clinic-based therapies, and Family Education & Support programs
  • Ensure programs reflect evidence-based practices and respond to the evolving needs of children, families, and the community
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness sustainability and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion, establishing annual and long-term program goals
  • Identify opportunities to expand or strengthen programs based on community needs and funding opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between The Warren Center and external stakeholders, including community partners and referral sources
  • Engage stakeholders to support program development and strengthen community partnerships

Program Management

  • Ensure programs are effectively led by qualified team leaders and supported with appropriate resources
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational systems that support program effectiveness and compliance with funder requirements
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and maintain fiscal responsibility
  • Ensure programs operate in compliance with regulatory requirements, including health information privacy and documentation standards, serving as the agency HIPAA Privacy Officer, Keeper of the Records and Quality Improvement and Assurance Committee Chair

Clinical Leadership and Service Quality

  • Support program leaders in maintaining high standards of clinical practice and service delivery
  • Encourage collaboration among therapy disciplines and program staff
  • Monitor service quality, client outcomes, and family satisfaction to ensure excellence in care

Data, Reporting and Evaluation

  • Oversee program data systems and ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance and outcomes
  • Prepare and provide program reports for leadership, funders, and stakeholders
  • Use program data to guide decision-making, program improvements, and strategic planning
  • Support the development of grant proposals, reports, and funding applications by providing program data, outcomes, and narrative input

  • Advanced knowledge of O365: including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Word

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Required Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
  • Required Experience: 5 years providing early childhood/pediatric therapy and 5 years with demonstrated experience managing programs, staff, and budgets in a nonprofit, healthcare, or clinical program
  • Required License: Appropriate current state licensure for PT, OT, SLP (and ASHA CCC’s for SLP)
