Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Server/Bartender at The Wanderers Club in Wellington, FL. The Server/Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our members and guests. Daily tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing drinks, ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas, and addressing member and guest requests. The role requires maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Experience in bartending, including mixing and preparing drinks
- Proficiency in food and beverage service, including taking and delivering orders
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
