What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Deal Analysis position at The Walt Disney Studios?
Reporting to and supporting the Director, Deal Analysis, this role is a highly influential and visible role combining strategic planning, program management, financial analysis and process improvement, with a specific focus on labor relations.

- Provide analytical support to the Labor Relations’ senior executives including project planning and management, coordinating initiatives and special projects, and fiscal management
- Collaborate with Labor Relations executives and production stakeholders throughout the Studio to assess cost impact of potential bargaining initiatives
- Develop presentations from conceptual information to completion for senior executives. Collaborate with DETV counterparts to present TWDC-wide analysis
- Build and maintain model to forecast residuals by guild for DTC films and series. Analyze residuals impact of various content distribution strategies
- Manage direct-to-consumer analytics reporting by partnering with DTC content planning & analysis teams
- Assist in ad-hoc strategy projects across the Studio
- Lead and develop talent within the team
- Responsible for one senior financial analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Applied Analytics or similar field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, thought leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle the uncertainties associated with a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Able to see the big picture, think tactically, and drive projects to successful completion
- Proven ability to consistently provide actionable insight
- Experience working with senior executives
- Superior communication skills - written and oral
- Strong business acumen, financial skills, and analytical abilities
- Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate and juggle changing deadlines
Salary : $152,800 - $186,600
