The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting our HR systems software (Workday). The main duties are as follows:
- Assists in managing day to day HR software activities (Workday)
- Trouble-shoots and tests activities that aren't working as intended.
- Analyzes employee data to maintain integrity
- Manages and processes employee reports (hiring, onboarding, 90 day touch-back, termination reports, etc)
- Performs assessments on improvements needed in HRIS (Workday)
- Aids in overseeing HRIS (Workday) upgrades and compliance
- Creates modifications as needed to software platforms (Workday) & systems for payroll, HCM, recruiting, learning, talent, compensation, as needed.
- Troubleshoot system-wide issues (Workday)
- Work with legal & compliance personnel to ensure full utilization of services
- Investigate and lead company efforts into the establishment of best practices
- Other duties that arise
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience in an HRIS role involving Workday data & management
- General knowledge of HR Systems Management
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to exercise discretion, initiative and good judgement
- Experience with Workday
- Must be able to work in the Chicago, IL Main Office for set hours/regular schedule Monday-Friday. This is not a remote position.
- This position requires Strictness in the Confidentiality of all employee data
- Salary range $80,000-100,000 yearly
