Responsibilities
- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
- Procurement of construction materials
- Monitor project costs in real-time (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors).
- Prepare monthly or quarterly cost-to-complete reports.
- Update cost reports regularly and flag any variances.
- Compare actual costs against budgeted amounts
- Compare planned progress vs. actual progress in terms of cost and schedule.
- Evaluate whether the project is ahead/behind schedule or over/under budget.
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Project estimating
- 1 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
- Specific roles may require relocation
