Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Colleyville, TX, for a Real Estate Administrative Listing Coordinator. The role involves supporting real estate agents with administrative tasks related to property listings, preparing and organizing homes going on the market, coordinating with photographers, stagers and vendors. The Listing Coordinator also ensures excellent customer service by communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing inquiries promptly to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage, schedules, communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in organizational tools, and database management systems.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A team player.
- Real estate or administrative experience strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certification in real estate or business administration is a plus.
