Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Holds appropriate meetings to ensure efficient work distribution. Responsible for the timely completion of escalated call management.
- Work Order Review: Reviews and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
- Proposals and Quotes: Reviews, validates, and submits quotes and proposals. Responsible for pricing and purchasing parts for technicians to complete follow-up calls.
- Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for online clients and enters invoices into third party online programs per the client billing requirements.
- 0-2 years of Account Management experience
