What You'll Do
- Lead Acquisition Integrations: Guide newly acquired businesses through accounting transition and integration, standardizing financial processes so every entity reports the same way.
- Own Core Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses that feed accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Improve How We Work: Evaluate and streamline accounting processes to strengthen controls and help the organization scale smoothly as it grows.
- Drive Financial Analysis: Deliver the acquisition and integration analysis that helps business leaders make confident, informed decisions.
- Optimize Systems: Help implement and enhance financial systems and reporting tools that improve accuracy and visibility across the company.
- Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: Work closely with finance, operations, payroll, tax, HR, and IT to coordinate projects and support change management from planning through completion.
- 3–5 years of accounting, auditing, finance, financial reporting, or business integration experience (progressive public accounting experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
