Works closely with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assists in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules. Submits RFIs and manages documentation, as needed. Coordinates project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Collaborates with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project objectives.
- Project Database Management: Maintains database of project history and results. Ensures accuracy and integrity of the system, providing all users with updated information. Leverages technology solutions to maximize work processes and products.
- Client Network: Builds and maintains client network by taking advantage of client events, industry conferences, local associations, and Project Manager mentorship.
- Cost Control and Budget: Assists in monitoring project costs and expenditures against approved budgets. Tracks and reports project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment. Identifies cost-saving opportunities and assists in implementing measures to control project costs.
- 0-2 years of experience in estimating complex service projects or equivalent technical experience
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or Service Management or Technical Training Program Completion
