Responsibilities
- Ticket Resolution: Communicates with end-users on open tickets and guides them to a speedy resolution. Provides efficient and accurate follow-up to resolve issues within department-defined timelines.
- Hardware Management: Helps with the management of surveying units. Manages location of the surveying units, confirms that they are being billed accurately, and coordinates the units to make sure that they are in good condition when they come in or leave the facility. Maintain calibration records and coordinate annual calibration of our units.
- Application Management: Assists with maintaining critical software applications and datasets within the organization through archiving data, updating information, and monitoring databases, including estimating, project history, and operations technology.
- VDC Project Set-Up: Assists with VDC project kick-offs. Schedules VDC kickoff meetings and collects VDC schedule data. Creates projects, adds users, and assigns permissions. Archives projects as they are completed.
- VDC Schedule: Creates and maintains a schedule of VDC manpower and assignments. Works with detailers to meet deliverable deadlines.
- New User Orientation: Works one-on-one with new users to help orient them to software needs. Supports basic use of these devices.
