- Project Success: Supervises preparation of accurate and high quality estimates and proposals, and oversees management of sheet metal projects to ensure a successful outcome.
- Market Expansion: Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and strategies for business development.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepares and analyzes reports on organizational performance. Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Safety Management: Develops and implements safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conducts regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Promotes a culture of safety awareness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 7-10 years of construction, engineering, or MEP management experience
