What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, AI Enablement & Platforms position at The Waldinger Corporation?
Description
Director, AI Enablement & Platforms Full-time | On-site | Director / Senior Leadership | Technology & Digital Strategy | Microsoft 365 / Copilot Environment
At Waldinger, we build the infrastructure that keeps communities running — and we want the systems powering our people and our operations to be just as strong. AI is no longer on the horizon; it's here, and we need the right person to lead it with confidence.
This is a rare enterprise accountability seat. You won't be implementing someone else'stechnical vision — you'll define ours. As our first Director of AI Enablement & Platforms, you'll own the architecture, governance, and delivery strategy for Microsoft Copilot and our broaderAI capabilities. If you've spent years mastering enterprise AI platforms, navigating security and compliance realities, and translating complex technology into trusted business tools — we built this role for you.
Deep Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform experience is essential. Whether you come from an enterprise architecture background, a platform ownership role, or senior IT leadership, your ability to govern AI responsibly while enabling real business value will define success here. This is a high‑level technical leadership role focused on platform ownership and enablement rather than hands‑on development.
