The W.O.R.T.H. Center, a Community Based Correctional Facility, is accepting applications for a Resident Specialist in the Security Department. This is a full-time position, working a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other Weekend Off. Our Security team members are responsible for the safety and security of our residents by completing: 15-minute checks around the dayroom floors, monitoring them during recreational times, dining times and all other scheduled activities. Our security department is very engaged with our residents on a daily basis and gains a sense of fulfillment by providing for their basic needs. Security at the WORTH Center is a great starting point for anyone wanting to get into the correctional field.
