Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually (based on experience)

About The Role

Medley Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing post-acute care team. You’ll provide on-site physiatry and pain management services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Long Island and the surrounding areas, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans
• Provide guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams
  
  
  

Qualifications

• NP Board Certification
• Active New York State NP license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
