The W Group is seeking a Viral Content & Social Media Strategy Intern with a proven ability to grow audiences organically across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role is for candidates who understand platform algorithms, trend cycles, and content strategy — and who can show real results through viral content they’ve personally created.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and edit short-form viral content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Drive organic follower growth only (no paid ads or artificial engagement)
• Identify emerging trends in audio, formats, and creative direction
• Develop platform-specific growth strategies, including YouTube
• Support visibility and monetization through strategic content execution
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts organically
• Proof of viral content required (links, platforms, and metrics)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content performance
• Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
