DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to understand measurements and fractions
- Operate a forklift/pallet jack to move materials in the warehouse.
- Ability to recognize and visually differentiate colors
- Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to prioritize work and minimize production downtime
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Mechanically inclined, good with hands
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
- Ability to lift, move, load and unload rolls of paper and board substrates into the machines
- Keep work areas neat, clean and keep materials and tools organized
- Work overtime as needed
- Keep accurate count of work in progress.
- Flexible work schedule. e.g. mandatory shifts can change from 8hrs-10hrs
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Ability to work over-time, weekends, and various shifts. Ability to work with constant exposure to printing inks/chemicals and constant or intermittent sounds.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Involves sitting, walking or standing for periods of time as well as climbing, balancing, and stooping.
