What are the responsibilities and job description for the MZ Lead Person position at The Vollrath Company LLC?
- Ensure all anodize and safety requirements are met.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of anodize workers to process material through the anodize line.
- Ensure ongoing efficiency through timing of customer loads against maximizing process tank usage.
- Proficient in the operation of all tank procedures and running charts for #1 and #2 anodize tanks, special running instructions, proper rinse procedures,, seal times, and tanks for different finishes. Train and monitor anodize workers regarding all procedures.
- Maintain proper chemical mix and process tank temperatures of the anodizing tanks.
- Monitor process tank controllers, pumps, and equipment.
- Maintain chemical inventory.
